The "Coloured" Mist

Does it look like the morning mist in a blend of various colours ?? It is nothing but a fluorescent tubelight covered with a cellophane sheet of yellow color and the tube is fitted somewhere between a wall with various colourful artifacts... (taken in Connaught Place, New Delhi)
